* Using our recipes and upholding our standards, you will assist with food preparation and production.
* Take pride in the appearance, taste and overall quality of food.
* Be creative with your food presentation.
* Keeping a clean work area and equipment in kitchen after each meal. Assist with other cleaning
schedules (weekly and monthly cleaning schedules).
* Regularly checks temperature of food and completes tasks on production sheet as assigned.
* Oversee kitchen in absence of manager and in some cases direct supervision of shifts.
* Assume responsibility for meeting meal schedules.
* Assists with inventories and stocking as needed.
* Set example to team for proper sanitation practices, procedures and accept ownership for all
customer service.
