Computer Operator

Full-time Position, Available on: 2022-09-22

The System Support Technician is responsible for receiving and processing orders for 450 retail partners for ACME, Safeway, and Shaws stores. Successful candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating to retail partners via phone and email on a daily basis. Position requires the ability to work 2nd shift including weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

Monitor and maintain orders for over 450 retail stores, escalate and report any deviations to Supervisor in a timely manner.
Operating System tools (i.e. Microsoft Edge Browser, Printers, Microsoft Office software, etc.).
PC/Laptop and printer troubleshooting skills are plus.
REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred 1 year of college.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with mainframe a plus.
Excellent customer service skills both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task effectively, remain detail oriented, and maintain composure in fast paced IT environment.
Ability to learn new systems, manage emails, concepts, and procedures.
Excellent attendance record
