J & J Service Solutions is looking for full-time Commercial Installation Site Supervisors to lead steel installations (pallet racking systems, mezzanines, security devices) in warehouses and distribution centers throughout Central PA. The Commercial Installation Site Supervisor will be overseeing and working alongside teams of 4-12 Installers, and interacting daily with Company, Customer Management and personnel.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing steel installation (pallet racking systems, mezzanines, steel
structures) in warehouses and distribution centers
• Submitting daily progress reports
• Managing and coaching Employee performance
• Enforcing Safety Guidelines

Requirements of the Commercial Site Supervisor position:
• Supervisory or Team Lead experience
• General construction experience and Mechanical aptitude preferred
• A strong work-ethic and pride in one’s performance required
• A strong, customer service-oriented mindset required
• A valid Driver’s License required
• A pre-hire background check, drug screen, and DOT physical required
• Occasional out-of-town travel
