Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Details

Full time evening shift position (2:30-10:30pm) with alternating weekends. This position comes with a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance options. We offer very generous wages, competitive shift differentials, a paid time off (PTO) plan, and a 401K plan.

Job Responsibilities
–Assist each resident with activities of daily living. This includes eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning according to policy.
–Report pertinent information and/or changes in residents’ conditions promptly to the charge nurse.
–Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately.
–Present each resident with a clean and neat appearance.

Job Qualifications
–Have current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania OR must be certified as a nursing assistant within 120 days of hire date.
–Have a sincere desire to work with older, disabled or handicapped adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others.
–Be able to be tactful, courteous, patient and cheerful when dealing with residents, co-workers, families, and community
–Demonstrate a good teamwork approach to resident care.
