Newly-hired full-time and part-time C.N.A.’s in our skilled care areas are eligible for an up to $1,200 bonus: $600 paid after successful completion of 6 months of employment and $600 paid after successful completion of 1 year of employment.

We have several opportunities on our 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. shift. Brethren Village will provide an additional $600 bonus to newly-hired C.N.A.’s who accept full-time or part-time employment on the 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. shift, and remain employed in a full-time or part-time capacity on that shift for at least 6 months (an up to $1,800 total bonus).

Brethren Village is offering new, higher starting rates of pay ($13.00 minimum). And, Brethren Village provides generous shift differentials – $1.00/hour for the night shift, and $1.75/hour for the evening shift; weekend incentives – $1.00/hour; and incentives for covering additional shifts.

Opportunities are available in our 120-bed skilled nursing facility and in our short-term rehabilitation center.
