Work consistent full-time hours: Monday thru Friday hours, and a base wage with monthly bonus potential!

We are looking for an Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team of expert auto body repair specialists. Our ideal candidate would have previous experience as an auto body repair technician, but if you are friendly, mechanically minded, & have a desire to learn and a strong work ethic, we are willing to train the right candidate!
About our Auto Body Repair Technician:
Safely repair collision-damaged vehicles
Follow the repair plan created by the Shop Foreman
Use vehicle-specific OEM repair procedures & specifications
Maintain precise quality standards by following the Lichty Brothers’ SOPs
Respect and properly care for Company-owned tools & equipment
Work on your projects independently, asking for help when needed
Our Ideal Auto Body Repair Technician:
Experienced: 2+ years of Auto Body Repair, structural repair, or other mechanical experience is preferred. We are happy to train someone who fits well into our company culture and has some mechanical, welding, or different repair experience.
Computer Skills: Basic computer understanding & the ability to navigate our management software.
Active: Able to lift 50+ Lbs, bending, kneeling, etc.
Integrity: We handle every interaction with honesty, honor, & truthfulness and desire our team to follow our example.
Pursuing Excellence: Someone constantly working to improve themselves and exceed expectations.
Team Player: Always willing to assist other team members to benefit the team and our customers; doesn’t have a “that’s not my job” attitude.

$22 -$30/hour DOE, with monthly bonus potential
